Products purchased from Wireless Robot Mowers may only be returned for refund by the original purchaser within 14 days from the date the product was delivered to you.
To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met -
Wireless Robot Mowers have to be contacted immediately and no further attempt to use the item is to take place. Wireless Robot Mowers must be given the opportunity to diagnose, investigate and ascertain if the item is indeed faulty or if the item is being attempted to be put to use incorrectly. No correspondence with any other party can take the place of direct communication with Wirelss Robot Mowers in this regard.
Provided that the communication takes place within 14 days of receipt of the item and provided that Wireless Robot Mowers instructions are followed without interference or instructions from other parties and provided that upon investigation it is proven that the item was indeed Dead on Arrival then a full refund can be given.
Please note that the investigations of whether an item is Dead on Arrival may take upto 28 days following your return of the item back to Wireless Robot Mowers.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA, please provide the following information –
Once the criteria are met and the information has been provided, we will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and provide shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs and must assume any risk of loss or damage to the product while it is in transit to us. Since the product contains lithium-ion batteries, it must be shipped according to all applicable regulations. Please inform the carrier of the batteries prior to shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 28 business days of the return of the item to us.
Return Shipping Fees
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to cover the costs of the return of any item, whether for service, warranty of Dead on Arrival investigation.
If an item is found to not be eligible for Dead on Return refund then the item will be returned to the purchaser with no refund upon the purchaser paying the full costs of return of the item back to the purchaser.
Restocking Fee
All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Promotions and Sales
All sales and promotions are advertised for a specific duration. If the price of a product you purchased recently was reduced during a sale, we do not honor requests to refund the difference.
Cancellation of Purchase Order
Once an order has been placed and the delivery has been booked, we are unable to cancel it without incurring costs. If you request to cancel your order after we have booked in delivery, we will issue a refund of 70% of the order value.
Warranty
All warranty services are provided by the Australian Mammotion Service Center.
